A memorandum of cooperation was signed by the Association’s head, Anushavan Arutyunyan, and the Center’s director, Volodymyr Bayda.

This memorandum lays a solid foundation for stronger relations between the state and civil society, paving the way for the creation of a humanitarian demining market in Ukraine.
